Satsuma Property Group (“Satsuma,” “we,” “us”) is a trade name of Majestic Grove Holdings LLC. This policy explains what we collect through spg.jwillsoldit.com and our online rental application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Browsing this site
You can read this site without giving us any personal information. It has no user accounts and no payment processing, sets no tracking cookies, and runs no third-party advertising. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data such as your IP address under Google’s own policies.
Contacting us
If you call, text, or email us, we use what you send to respond and to provide the property management or rental services you asked about. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Rental application and renter profile
If you complete our online rental application or renter profile, we collect the information you enter, which can include:
- your name, date of birth, phone, email, and Social Security number;
- current and prior addresses, employment and income details, and rental history;
- household information such as co-applicants, occupants, vehicles, and pets;
- your answers to screening questions;
- copies of your photo ID and proof of income that you upload; and
- your electronic signature and the date and time of your acknowledgments.
How we use it. We use it to evaluate your application, verify what you reported, carry out any background or credit screening you authorize, communicate with you, and prepare the lease paperwork if you are approved.
Where it is stored. Your submission is sent over an encrypted connection to a private Google Workspace account that we control. Documents and the completed application are kept in a private folder that only we can open. A tracking sheet in the same account lists basic details (name, contact information, property, and summary flags) so we can manage applications. Your Social Security number appears only in the completed application PDF. It is not included in notification or confirmation emails, and the application is never posted publicly.
Drafts. While you fill out the form, your answers are saved in your own browser on your device so you can come back to them. They are not sent to us until you submit. You can also download a draft file to keep.
Co-applicants. If you add a co-applicant, we email them a link that connects their application to yours. The email includes your name and, if applicable, the property. Each adult applies on their own.
Who sees it. We do not sell your information. We share it only with (a) the owner or manager of the property you applied for, (b) screening providers when you have authorized screening, (c) service providers that host or deliver our systems, such as Google and our website host, and (d) others when the law requires it.
How long we keep it. Under our current practice, application files are moved to trash about 120 days after submission and renter profiles about 365 days after submission, unless we need to keep records longer for a lease, a legal requirement, or a dispute.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, email spg@jwillsoldit.com. We will respond as promptly as we can and will tell you if we must keep something for legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transfer and private storage with limited access. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our application is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
